I suggest having a forum gym system. Have people pick monotypes and try for a gym. 5 pokes must be of the type one filler can be used. Same for the Elite Four however no repeats in types. To get a gym you must be approved by a gym tester. I have been on other forums with this all had worked out and I was a gym tester. This brings some fun to the forum and makes some competition. You can be challenged for you gym as well if someone wants that type. As for professors, ... I have noticed recently that some users purely of free choice of course pull out of Public RP's because they lose track of where they were in the Rp because sometimes others (cause I do it too ^=^; ) have a private rp in a middle of a Public one.
