Heart Gold / Soul Silver!

I noticed a similar topic in this place, but I thought a new one would be appropriate since some of us might have the imported Japanese versions of the games now, since they've been released. Sorry if it's not okay :/

So, those of us who have the game, and those with questions for those who have the games can post here I guess. Well, anyone can post, but you know what I mean?

To get things started, I, for one, LOVE the pokemon following me around now! I've always wanted a game like that, aside from yellow. It's cute. I know Red Gyarados and Pikachu coloured Pichu are shiney and follow you, I wonder if all shinies are still shiney outside of battle?

According to Serebii, they are. All shiny Pokémon are shiny when they follow you.

It is. You can buy it and a Pokewalker on eBay for about $60. Was considering it this morning.

yeah but whats the point? it's only compatible with gold/silver, and it comes free with the game anyway

Yeah, im going to wait till it gets released in the EU, i know you can *illegally* Download an English Patched version of the Japanese games so you can play it without needing to learn Japanese but having it without the pokewalk seems like your not getting the whole 'package' and if i have to wait for it then so be it ^ ^
