Not sure if anyone has said Quilfish, but it could puff up fully as you are eating it and your throat gets obstructed and then you can't breathe. Since the spikes would lodge it firmly in place.

I agree about Muk.

I think Kingler and Krabby would be bad. Those claws could actually get a good grip on anything once in.

I say (in most cases) pretty much any rock, steel, poison, and ghost types. But that's just being really broad.
