Changes and Updates - 12/24/08

Made a few changes and updates to the site.
- I killed off the October frontpage announcement. Hopefully that makes it look a bit less cluttered. Also screwed around with the margins a bit...compacting it all and saving a bit of space.
- On that note, I'm not removing the GIF animation frontpage request until we've got it all done...and we still need 4 more! So you guys better cook them up, and earn some levels too. :3 (< passive-aggressive smiley) More info is here, as always.
- Reduced the maximum level from 100 to 99. This is because "xx/100" or "100/100" is too large when put along with the blue level bar, and spills the entire thing over into a new row. Since this information shows up whenever a person makes a post, this could make posts unnecessarily longer, height-wise.
- Also, Mods and Co-Admin, your level should now be adjusted to 99/99, but if it says 0/99, please let me know and I'll fix it. Normal users, you shouldn't be seeing any issues, but if your level is reset to 0 (that is, it wasn't 0 already...), let me know.
- Removed "Location" info from side-of-post user display. Mostly because it didn't really seem necessary. It's still available on the user's page though.
- Changed "Humor" to "Catchphrase", which I think makes a bit more sense. (I know that title confused some of you...it was a default title that came with the forum. I should've changed it ages ago.)
- Seeking 4 more GIFs for the icons up top. Make me some.

- Forumation (our host) has announced some new stuff. Notable is "Today's active topics • Today's top 20 posters • Overall top 20 posters", which is now available directly below the Support and Suggestions forum on the front page.
